Merguez Sausage with Radish Tatziki Pintxos

- 6 slices of baguette
1 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 Merguez Saisages
6 radish, sliced into thin batons
1/2 clove of garlic, crushed
6 tbsp greek yoghurt
- Lay your slices of baguette out onto a plate. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry your Merguez Sausages for 10 minutes until cooked.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the sliced radish with the yoghurt and garlic. Season and set aside.
- Cut the sausages in half lengthways and then into short lengths to fit nicely onto the sliced baguette. Place 3-4 slices of sausage onto each slice of bread to cover.
- Place a good dollop of the radish Tatziki on top of each Pintxos. Serve.
