• 6 slices of baguette
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 3-4 Merguez Saisages
  • 6 radish, sliced into thin batons
  • 1/2 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 6 tbsp greek yoghurt
  1. Lay your slices of baguette out onto a plate. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry your Merguez Sausages for 10 minutes until cooked.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the sliced radish with the yoghurt and garlic. Season and set aside.
  3. Cut the sausages in half lengthways and then into short lengths to fit nicely onto the sliced baguette. Place 3-4 slices of sausage onto each slice of bread to cover.
  4. Place a good dollop of the radish Tatziki on top of each Pintxos. Serve.
