• 6 slices of baguette
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100g smoked salmon, shredded, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  1. Lay your slices of baguette out on a plate. In a bowl mix your shredded smoked salmon with the cream cheese, spring onions and chopped dill. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and mix to combine. Season.
  2. Spread generously onto the slices of baguette, in Spain they heap on the toppings! Then garnish with an extra slice of smoked salmon.
