Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese & Dill Pintxos

- 6 slices of baguette
2 spring onions, chopped
100g cream cheese
100g smoked salmon, shredded, plus extra for garnish
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
squeeze of lemon juice
- Lay your slices of baguette out on a plate. In a bowl mix your shredded smoked salmon with the cream cheese, spring onions and chopped dill. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and mix to combine. Season.
- Spread generously onto the slices of baguette, in Spain they heap on the toppings! Then garnish with an extra slice of smoked salmon.
