Herby Goats Cheese & Balsamic Glazed Fig Crostini

- 24 slices of baguette
150g dried or fresh figs, cut into 24 wedges
2 tbsp cranberry jelly
4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
300g spreadable Goats Cheese
6 tbsp of herbs, mix of chives, parsley and mint
- Lightly toast your slices of baguette, drizzled with a little olive oil. Mix the Goats cheese with the chopped herbs and spread generously onto the toasts.
- In a frying pan, gently heat the figs with the balsamic vinegar for 2-3 minutes. Then add the cranberry jelly and heat for another 2 minutes until the figs are lovely and stickily glazed.
- Top each toast with a glossy fig.
