Fresh Fig, Goats Cheese & Tomato wrapped in Prosciutto

- 2 fresh figs
2 slices of Goats cheese
2 cherry tomatoes
8 slices of Prosciutto
- Quarter your figs and your tomatoes and the slices of Goats cheese.
- Lay a slice of ham out lengthways. At the bottom end, place a quarter of fig, a quarter slice of cheese and press the quarter of tomato on to it. Roll up the ham to form a parcel quite tightly. Repeats with remaining ingredients and serve.
